Planning Fee Policy: Please note that there is a $25 Refundable research fee that will be refunded at the time of your trip or rolled into your trip total, whichever is best for you. Free consultation is recommended prior to collecting any research fees. This covers my time, expertise, and access to exclusive rates. If the trip is canceled for any reason, the fee becomes non-refundable to account for the time and effort already put into the planning.
Booking Options: Booking is available directly through my booking site for convenience. These self-service options do not require a planning or research fee. However, for the best experience with tailored recommendations, a personalized consultation is highly recommended.
Payment Plans: Payment plans are available for select trips and must follow the supplier's schedule. Missed payments may result in cancellation or additional fees. If you have any questions regarding your payment plan, please feel free to contact me for additional information.
Final Payment Deadlines: All trips must be paid in full by the supplier's deadline, no exceptions. Late Payments may result in forfeited bookings.
Travel Insurance Encouraged: Life be life-ing. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your trip investment, Declining insurance means you accept the risk.
Name Accuracy: Names must match your government-issued ID/passport exactly. Corrections may incur airline fees, which will be the responsibility of the traveler.
Passport & Visa Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring your passport is valid for at least 6 months after your return date and that you have all required visas.
No Last Minute Bookings: I require at least 45 days' notice for trip planning.Â
Business Hours: I do respond to messages during business hours only (9 AM - 5 PM M-F). Please allow up to 48 hours for a response during peak seasons.
Custom Quotes Expire: Quotes are subject to change due to price fluctuations. Please respond to the quoted rate within 48-72 hours. If time passes, I'll need to recheck availability which may incur an additional $25 Non-Refundable fee.
